I consider this my first 'official' song. I was with my family goofing around on my guitar making up little songs for my grandchildren. Matthew and Adam are cousins and both love chocolate. I woke up that night about 3 AM in my hotel room and jotted down the first version of 'The Chocolate Boys' on the little pad of paper in the hotel room. I decided to write songs for my grandchildren. This expanded to songwriting in general.
