My friend, Judi, posted on FB that her daughter was enlisting. I thought about all the young women who are serving their country and their mothers. I wanted to write a tribute to these courageous young women and the women who are watching their 'babies' go in harm's way. I asked my good friend and terrific songwriter, Lorna Hunt, to help me bring this song to life.
